What we collect

Information you give us: your name and email address when you register for a webinar, download a guide, take the quiz, join a waiting list, or apply for the Mastermind or Private Advisory — plus the answers you write in those forms.

If you become a member: your account email and the plans, notes and scorecard ratings you create in the member tools.

Basic visit information: the page you arrived on, the site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you used, so we know which content is helping people.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for (webinar details, guides, replays, confirmations), to review applications, to run the Mastermind and member tools, and to send occasional updates about Encore Authority™ programs and events.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

Kartra manages our email lists and checkout; payments are processed through Kartra and we do not store card details. Zoom hosts live sessions. Our website provider hosts the site, member accounts and email delivery.

When a member uses the progress-plan tool, what she writes is sent to an AI service to generate her plan. It is not used to train that service.

Member confidentiality

Your plans, notes and scorecard are private to you. Randy can view them as the Mastermind facilitator to support your progress. Other members cannot see them.

Session recordings are shared with members only.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Members can delete their own plans and scorecard entries at any time.
