Who is this for?
Accomplished women 50+ with meaningful experience who are ready to turn it into a focused next chapter — and to implement, not just explore.
How often do we meet, and where?
Twice a month, live on Zoom: the first and third Tuesdays at 6:30 PM Pacific. Between sessions you have the private community and your accountability pod.
What happens during meetings?
Strategic teaching on the Encore Authority™ frameworks, hot-seat coaching on real member decisions and offers, direct feedback, and accountability for the actions members committed to.
Is this primarily business coaching? Do I need to already own a business?
No business is required. The work applies to speaking, coaching, consulting, entrepreneurship, leadership, advocacy and other next chapters. What matters is that you're ready to build something from your experience.
What results can I expect? Is income guaranteed?
No income or specific result is guaranteed. What the Mastermind provides is a method, a structure, feedback and accountability. Progress is measured by what you decide, complete and put into the marketplace — and it depends on your participation.
What does it cost?
The Founding Member rate is $99 per month, recurring.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan on about 2–3 hours per week, including the live sessions and the implementation work you commit to between them.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are recorded and recordings are made available to members in the private member area, so you can catch up. Live attendance is still where hot-seat coaching and accountability work best.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Cancelling stops your next monthly charge; payments already made aren't refunded, and you keep access through the month you've paid for. Email randy@randypowellspeaks.com to cancel. Full terms are on the Mastermind policies page.
How is this different from Private Advisory?
The Mastermind is group learning with peer perspective, community and regular strategic guidance at a lower commitment. Private Advisory is individualized strategy with more privacy, more direct access and faster decision cycles. Neither is better — they meet different needs.
