Founder of Envision Success.
Creator of the Encore Authority Movement.
Randy Powell helps accomplished women 50+ rebuild confidence, rediscover purpose, and step into a next chapter they're proud of.
A keynote speaker, leadership strategist, and author of the Amazon bestseller Breakthrough: The Science of Getting Unstuck, Randy keeps coming back to one belief:
Confidence is built through action — not waiting.
His work grows out of decades of leadership and coaching — helping driven people name what's really holding them back and move anyway. Alongside the movement, he works with a small circle of professionals and entrepreneurs stretching into their greatest potential.
Encore Authority isn't a title or a label. It's a decision — and Randy built this framework so women don't have to make it alone.
On stage, at the desk, and off the clock.
